This page is the privacy policy for every software product developed and published by Mohammad Ibrahim Jaber, an individual developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It currently covers two products: the Page Audit browser extension and the Laser Job Costing desktop application. As new products are shipped, a dedicated section will be added here rather than a separate policy page, so this is always the single, current source of truth for all of them.
Both products currently listed run entirely on-device: neither collects, transmits, sells, or shares any personal or browsing data, and neither has a backend server. The sections below describe each product's actual behavior in detail, including exactly what each one accesses, what it stores locally, and what permissions it requests and why.
Under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if any personal data were ever collected through one of these products, you would have the right to access the data held about you, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You would also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of that information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and as detailed below, neither product currently collects personal information in the normal course of operation.
Because both current products process everything locally and store nothing on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf — your data already lives only on your own device. If that ever changes for a future product or version, this page will be updated to describe exactly what is collected and how to exercise your rights over it.

Page Audit ("the extension") is a browser extension that analyzes the on-page SEO of the web page you are currently viewing and shows the results in a popup or side panel.
Page Audit does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal or browsing data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, and no external servers. Everything happens locally, inside your browser.
The content of the active tab, only when you click the Page Audit icon or press "Run" (or, in side-panel mode, when you navigate to a new page). It reads on-page SEO signals — the title tag, meta tags, headings, links, images, page language, and structured data — to compute the audit. This information is used only to display your results and is discarded as soon as the popup or panel is closed. It is never sent anywhere.
Your settings. Your preference toggles (which sections to show, auto-run, heading overlay, side-panel mode) are saved using Chrome's storage.sync so they persist across sessions and, if you are signed into Chrome, across your devices. These settings contain no page content or browsing history.
The extension requests activeTab, scripting, storage, sidePanel, tabs, and host access so it can read the page you choose to audit and display the results. These permissions are used solely to provide the on-page audit and to remember your settings — never to collect data. See the Chrome Web Store listing for a per-permission explanation.
Laser Job Costing is a Windows desktop application, built with Tauri, that calculates the true cost of a laser cutting or engraving job in real time.
Laser Job Costing does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal or usage data. There is no account, no analytics, no telemetry, and no backend server. All calculations happen locally on your device.
The values you type into the calculator — sheet dimensions, work area and quantity, full sheet cost, machine wattage and job time, electricity rate, and your chosen profit percentage or fixed amount — are used only to compute material cost, electricity cost, subtotal, profit, and total, and are displayed back to you within the app. These values are held only in the app's memory while it is running and are not written to any file or database unless you choose to do so on your own device.
Your preferences. Your selected currency (BDT, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AED, SAR, MYR, or SGD) and unit of measurement (cm, mm, inches, or feet) are stored locally on your device so the app remembers your setup between sessions. This preference data never leaves your device.
If this policy changes — whether because a product's behavior changes or a new product is added — the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and the revised version will be published at this same URL. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
